Shipping and Delivery

We are proud to offer shipping services that deliver within a maximum of 7 business days after payment is received. Nothing is more important to us than providing our customers with impeccable service. How do you transport the packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped via ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped via USPS.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. We offer free delivery to all non-VIP members.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and that you may incur additional charges upon arrival in your country.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on location. These are our estimates:

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email containing your tracking information once your order has shipped. If you haven't received tracking information within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking indicates "no information available at this time".

For some shipping companies, it takes 2 to 5 business days for tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in a single package?

For logistical reasons, items from the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined delivery.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled before shipment. If your order has been paid for and you need to make a change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for the products ordered if:

  • If you do not receive the product within the guaranteed period (45 days excluding processing time of between 2 and 5 days), you can request a refund or a replacement.
  • If you received the wrong item, you can request a refund or a replacement.
  • If you do not want the product you received, you can request a refund but you must return the item at your own expense and the item must be unused.

We will not process the refund if:

  • Your order has not arrived due to an error on your part (e.g., incorrect shipping address).
  • Your order has not arrived due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control tech-vip.com (e.g., not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days of the end of the guaranteed delivery period (45 days). You can do this by sending a message on the  Contact Us  page.

If the refund is approved, you will then be automatically credited to your credit card or via your chosen payment method within 14 days.

Exchanges

If, for any reason, you wish to exchange your product, you must contact us first and we will guide you through the necessary steps.

Do not return your purchase unless we authorize you to do so.
